3+ years concierge, hotel or customer service experience

Staff that are happy, friendly amd positive, with a can do attitude

Ability to deliver exceptional and personalised customer experiences

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Knowledge of Sydney; restaurants, bars, attractions and What’s On
-
Morning and afternoon shifts Monday to Sunday

Impeccable person presentation and an element of personal flair

Can work independently and as a team with a positive can-do approach
