LOST PROPERTY AT AURA

The Concierge Office located at behind the Concierge Desk on the lower ground floor is where all lost property items found around the building, community spaces, pool and car park are stored awaiting collection

LOST: If you have lost something in the building please contact concierge either in person or via text and the team will check the lost and found area and see if its been handed in. FOUND: If you find any times at Aura please take to the concierge team and we will add to the lost and found

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS: all items will be held for in Lost & Found with Concierge for 3months, after 3 MONTHS from the date it was added, the item will be disposed.
